- About Us
We require an evaluation of your dog prior to being admitted into our dog daycare program. This is for the safety and well-being of all the dogs in our care. We do not require an evaluation for boarding because the dogs we have in our care vary on any given day. We will determine on a daily basis who we believe your dog can play with.
Please print, read, completely fill out, sign the following forms and bring them with you to your evaluation. Fill out an intake form for each dog being evaluated. Only fill out the Medication Intake form if you are interested in boarding and need us to administer medications while your dog is in our care.
Please call us at 407-295-3888 to schedule your daycare evaluation. Evaluations are free of charge.
All boarding and daycare stays are by reservation only. A deposit of 50% is required when booking your boarding reservation.
All dogs must have a current vaccination record on file with us. Rabies, DHPP, and Bordatella vaccines must be current according your vet’s records. Fecal exams must be current within six months. Heartworm exams must be current within a year and dogs must be on a heartworm preventative. We currently don’t require canine influenza. We will accept titers for all vaccines except Bordatella. Dogs must also be on a flea / tick preventative. All vaccinations MUST be received by us no less than 48 hours prior to your dog coming in for the first time.
Vaccine records may be FAXed to 407-295-3889.
Daycare is currently available Monday through Friday only. Drop off is any time after 7:30am and pick-up is any time before 6:30pm. Late fees apply when dogs aren’t picked up before 6:30pm.
Check-in / check-out is any time between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday, and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Dogs must be picked up by noon, otherwise there will be a pro-rated daycare charge based on $30 for the day. Dogs who are not picked up by 6:30 will be boarded for another night at their current nightly rate.
While we accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks as forms of payment, we require a credit card to be on file. All boarding charges (minus any applicable deposits) must be paid in full at the time you drop off your dog. Any late checkout fees will be charged upon checkout.
We ask for 24 hours notice for daycare cancellations, but understand that sometimes emergencies happen and you must cancel with less notice. If this happens, please give us as much notice as possible. Failure to call us ahead of time will result in you forfeiting the day.
Boarding reservations may be cancelled at any time, however deposits are refundable only if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, unless we’re able to re-book the reservation.
For both boarding and daycare, please ensure that your dog is wearing a quick release collar. If you don’t have one, in most cases, we’ll have one for your dog to borrow. For boarding dogs, we feed only your food to reduce stomach upsets. Please bring your dog’s food, pre-packaged in disposable bags, correctly portioned for each meal, and labeled with your dog’s name. We’re happy to accommodate dogs who are on a raw or other special diet. Bring any medications or supplements, again labeled. We’re able to give oral and topical medications only. There is no charge for dispensing medications. You may bring bedding as long as it’s clean and is machine washable. You may also want to bring an article of your clothing. If your dog has a favorite chew toy, you may bring that as well as long as it’s not a squeaker toy. Please do not bring any rawhides or food bowls. Any questions, just ask!
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Our lobby and daycare will be closed in observation of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We reserve the right to also close the lobby and daycare the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. On days when the lobby is closed, we are still staffed and boarding dogs may be picked up between the hours of 10am and 3pm.
