Aromatherapeutic Healing for animals is a specialized area of aromatherapy that combines Essential Oils, kinesiology (muscle testing), animal behavior, and the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the healing of physical, behavioral and emotional issues. It works in a gentle, non-invasive, and holistic manner to help provide total health for your animal, and as such, has proven to be highly effective in the healing of many physical, behavioral, and emotional problems.

The basis for Aromatherapeutic Healing is the understanding that animals in the wild will freely seek out plants and minerals that help maintain their health. By offering a selection of oils, we are returning that choice to our animals, allowing them to direct their own healing so that they decide what and how much is good for them and what is not. This not only helps their health, but it improves their minds and increases their trust in you. And since oils are not offered or applied without consent from the animal, it is an extremely safe form of treatment.

Essential Oils have been used for centuries for the promotion of health. Their molecules are so small that they are easily absorbed into the bloodstream. Once there, they are quickly transported to the brain, where they directly influence such things as mood, emotions, memory, and physical response. They can also help reduce pain and stress, alleviate trauma and fears, relax, calm, stimulate, and create feelings of well-being.

To set up a consultation, you will first need to print and fill out the detailed history form . It will need to be mailed to me, along with a hair sample and photo. From this, a kinesiology test and oil selection will be done.

At the consultation in your home, you will receive:

  • up to 3 essential oils that your animal needs,
  • complete instructions on how to use the oils with your animal,
  • a full report detailing the kinesiology test results, and
  • suggestions for further management and/or training.

Please contact me by phone or email for more details.
